What is the difference between BioThane® and HexaGrip?
BioThane® and HexaGrip are very similar materials, used for the same purposes. BioThane® is a registered trademark that stands out for its special properties, giving it a prestige and slightly higher quality compared to other synthetic coated tapes. However, at Mokari we select only the highest quality materials, whether it is BioThane® or other materials, ensuring that each product offers excellent performance.
Are Custom products in stock?
No. Custom products are manufactured on demand.
How long does it take to manufacture my Custom product?
We do not have stock for Custom products. At Mokari® we handcraft each of the leashes and collars you order. Due to this handcrafted process, the processing time for each order can take up to 7-10 business days, depending on current demand. We appreciate your patience, as this time allows us to ensure that each order meets our quality standards.
Are all colors, finishes, etc. available?
When you design your custom product, we offer a wide variety of materials and finishes that are offered by different suppliers. When you place your order, we compare your choice with our stock and, if we do not have it, with the suppliers' stock.
What happens if my choice includes options that are not available in your stock?
Once or twice a week we place orders with suppliers to cover stock shortages of the material or finish you have requested. This may entail a waiting period of 7-10 days until we can manufacture your product.
If suppliers do not have stock of a color or finish, how is this resolved?
In the event that suppliers do not have any of the options for your final design, we will contact you offering alternatives in case you do not want to wait for stock to be replenished, which may take around 2-3 weeks.
