Stores that distribute Mokari® products are permitted to place their own custom labels or packaging that reflects their store's identity, as long as the terms of brand use are followed.
2. Brand Identification
Although products may be labeled or engraved with the logo or name of the distributor store, it is not permitted to change the original brand of the products or present them as if they were from another brand. Mokari® must be recognized as the brand of the product .
3. Example of Correct Presentation
A text like this can be used:
“Handmade, heavy duty strap made by Mokari® and available exclusively at [store name].”
4. Use of the Registered Name
Mokari® is a registered trademark . Any reference must include the ® symbol to ensure compliance with trademark regulations and to protect both the brand and our distributors.

What does B2B mean?
Business-to-business (B2B) refers to commercial transactions between companies, that is, those that are typically established between manufacturers and/or a manufacturer with its distributor, or between a distributor and a retailer. .
How long does it take to process an order?
We do not have stock for companies. At Mokari® we handcraft each of the leashes and collars you have ordered. Due to this artisanal process, the processing time for each order may vary between 7-10 business days, depending on the volume of products ordered and current demand. We appreciate your patience, as this time allows us to ensure that each order meets our quality standards.
Are there minimum quantities to place orders?
Yes. As we are wholesale, we have very tight minimum quantities of just ten units per product variant so you can effortlessly place combined orders.
Do I need to reach a minimum value in the order basket?
Yes. The basket must reach a minimum value of only €120 to be processed.
Can I sell Mokari products in my store?
Yes. By requesting the registration of your business in our database with the form on this page, you will be able to access the B2B catalog to make wholesale purchases and sell them in your local or online store.
What profit can I make by selling Mokari products?
We work with profit margins that may be interesting for you to obtain profits selling our products.
Can I buy wholesale for my own consumption?
Yes. You only need to be a company or self-employed person to be able to buy minimum quantities at reduced prices and be able to enjoy our products.
If I don't have any business, can I buy wholesale?
No. To buy as an individual you can do so from the Mokari catalog and add as many units as you wish to the basket. If you need to place a larger order than the available stock, you can contact us telling us your particular needs so we can help you.
Can I see the B2B catalog before requesting registration to see if I'm interested?
Yes. We require login to the B2B catalog on our website so that your products do not interfere with the usual Mokari catalog and thus facilitate the online shopping experience.
Can I sell your products under my business name?
No. Mokari® is a registered trademark and the products in the business catalog are Mokari® products. We allow flexibility in their configuration to adapt them to your needs. You can sell them in your business as long as it is indicated as a Mokari® product.
Why can I include my business logo on only some products?
Not all materials and finishes allow for customization. That is why we offer this feature in those where the finish allows it to be done with quality.
What does it mean to engrave my business logo?
We offer this opportunity so that you can enhance your business through our products, whether for sale or for personal use. Products engraved with your logo bear the Mokari® signature as they remain a product of our brand.
How long does shipping take?
When we have all the requested stock, shipping is the same as the rest of the Mokari catalog. We work with Correos so that your order arrives within the next 24/48 hours.
What are the wholesale shipping rates?
All shipments on purchases made from the B2B catalog are free.
How can I get my VAT invoice?
From the customer area , within the order, you will see a section called VAT invoices . Below there is a text with the INV-ES format followed by a number. This is the name of your invoice. Click on it to download it in PDF.
